Build fails with BABEL_TRANSFORM_ERROR #167

This does not break the site in the browsers that we test on. However, this impairs cross-browser compatibility provided by babel.

@ronaldtse Looked at the latest builds and also verified locally this issue is not reproducing anymore. The issue is resolved in latest packages.

osgeo.geolexica.org was having this error so I updated the packages there in this PR -> https://github.com/geolexica/osgeo.geolexica.org/pull/50
