browser tab-tool-tip shows "Index -- The authoritative...." request to change this #173

in firefox, when i "mouse-over" the open geolexica tab, the tab-tool-tip shows "Index - The authoritative geographic information terminology database" .. can we change that to "MLGT - The authoritative multi-lingual geographic information terminology database" unless you think that is too long.

there is no hurry with the fix.
