We’re not worried about security issues here, but maybe we could have a “write to the TMG” form that uses Google Forms to send information to GitHub without any account/authentication needed.

[x] Google account for ISO/TC 211
[x] New GitHub account (of ISO/TC 211) for issuing new GitHub tickets
