Add page to show what languages are missing what terms #75

To try to get those NBs to help complete the translations.

@ronaldtse You prefer page which is visible to everyone or some tool which will generate a spreadsheet or text file or something?

The Glossarist app already handles that, would a public page be useful? Ping @strogonoff .

@skalee actually in addition to my previous answer, there is a new answer:

There are new/updated terms coming from TC 211, which many will have no translations (yet), and the translators will use the Geolexica site and Glossarist app to perform those translations.

Therefore:

  1. On Geolexica, we want to allow filtering terms according to release (e.g. TC 211 2020-06 vs 2019-XX) so people can find out what are the new terms are and wh
  2. Glossarist "translate" mode should allow filtering out the terms by release and by language so the translators know which terms to translate

Is good. In fact, we need to provide a mechanism to manage "different releases" of the term (i.e. show diffs between releases in some timeline)... maybe this is more generic.
