Lateste version doesnt detect wifi networks #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Wifi
2. Open app
3. No wifi networks found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should show wifi networks around.

What android version are you using? Use the latest version available before
entering this bug report.
Android 4.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Nexus 4

I have Android 4.3 in all my Nexus devices and I have them all. It has happened 
to me once, but it happened to all WiFi related applications, even to the 
Settings one.

So for now I am marking this as WontFix until I am sure that is not an Android 
bug.
