support for sipgate team accounts #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Application supports sipgate basic / plus, but not sipgate team accounts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Additional option in settings menu to enable "sipgate team mode".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebSMS 2.5.4 on G1 with CyanogenMod-4.2.4

ok, is in develop-brunch sipgate. detection of team-account automaticly (if 
username
with @ then its a team-account), but not tested jet becouse of missing 
team-account.

@mirko: Sorry, I should have announced it before, but I didn't want to awake
expectations before I had a look at the code ... 

I wrote a Connector for sipgate team including a preferences switch to toggle 
between
"team" and "non-team" accounts (see attached screenshot). Its based on your
sipgateConnector and I just finished the first running version.

My patch is against the master branch at http://repo.or.cz/w/andGMXsms.git. 
What's
the best way to send you my patch for review? Should I push to some extra 
branch at
repo.or.cz or just attach the patch here?

super, any help is welcome :-) mail your repo-account to felix, he is the chef 
and he
will allow push rights for you. at the moment I always push to "my" brunch and 
let
felix cherry picking the features for the next release.
