Try to put the internet usage to a minimum #33

Hey!
For People who dont have a internetflat its better to get the traffic
minimized. I observed that your app ist still using the internet while i
wasnt send a sms.
I think this is really important because it could be really expensive,

I have two suggestions:
1.) put the adds in the apk file/code
2.) create a exit button - so that the user could be really sure that the app 
isnt
using the internet

didn't think about that yet.
afaik the ads are only displayed after sending messages. so no traffic on 
startup.
but it is not possible to host the ads on the device.

the traffic is done by the credits updater running on startup since last 
version.
i'll add a preference to stop that autoupdate.
