Just an idea, would be sweet to let websms choose the cheapest way to send
my sms, lets's say I have a free sms at innosend, use this one, dont have
anyleft until nex hour? Use my gmx free sms. Than switch to my favorite non
free gateway (settings)

hm. i'll have to think about that.
biggest problem is, that getting account balances takes much time on particular
connectors.
i think, the smartest algorithm to choose the connector is the user in front of 
the
display :p

i thought a while about the smart connector. i think it's to hard to implement 
such
logic.
