More/better notifications #40

There is a notification saying that a sms get sended right now, 
but there is no notification if the the sms was send successfully or if
sending failed.

Therefor it would be very nice to have 2 new options,
1 for "show notification if sending succeed" and
1 for "show notification if sendeng failed".

if sending failed, there is a notification.
if "currently sending" notification is removed, sending was successful.

but i can add the option to add a succeed notification anyway.

ah ok, I did not noticed this and was a little bit scared about not received 
sms.

mayb you could inform the user on first-app-start with an introduction screen 
about that?

i walked through the prefs again:
there is these sound on fail/vibrate on fail settings.

i messed up the labels :p but fixed it already in code.

do you need more than that?
