Flagging of a whole day trace with flag range does NOT recommend start and end times of original timeseries anymore #84

While trying to flag records one complete trace was disturbed. Wanted to flag the whole trace with flag range button. Recommendation for start and end time differed to timeseries start and end times since last release.
