expand avondale zip code versus tract versus county comparison for percent of population black and one education variable #34

I pulled these numbers manually to cite in an email a few weeks ago and came up with this:

Looking at the 2020 census tract-level estimates for racial composition from the American Community Survey, the Avondale Neighborhood (which excludes North Avondale) is 78% Black and not Hispanic/Latino but the ZIP code of 45229 is 65% Black and not Hispanic/Latino.

It would be great to add this in using code to the avondale.Rmd vignette and to also add in all of the six deprivation index components too.
