keep headers, but make contents links or pointers to geomarker assessment tools instead of specifically by package/container

point as much as possible to appc, codec, and other data repositories

we need to update the geomarker.io homepage too. should both of these just link to a high-level overview of our tools and data pages? use a github public readme repo?

make public listing of R packages and tools for geomarker assessment in R and contribute as CRAN task view?
