Do we want metadata for every column in the pipeline output?

• EHR variables
• postal and geocoder varaibles
• geomarker variables

I was thinking about tackling this after I complete the trial run. I've made it through the geocoding and census tract level stuff, but no further. I think there are a lot of geocoding output variables that we could remove to make it simpler. We can always delete their metadata later on.
