I think based on yesterday's meeting we want to be able to make 4 datasets as possible end products:
- hospital admissions with non parcel data
- hospital admissions with parcel data
- hospital admissions with time data
- hospital admissions with non-parcel, parcel, and time data
Can you re-work the Makefile to add the script that would pull all three together?
