long-term, it would be great to only rely on DeGAUSS for the geocoding and use all R for everything else

done for census tract geocoding, still need to execute for aadt, greenness, and drivetime

done for aadt, greenness, last remaining object is drivetime; but, I am okay with leaving this now that we have the -v8 tagged version that is useful on other architectures (along with the geocoder)
