Schema: Aerialways should not be in the 'railway_l' layer #836

Aerialways aren't railways. Either they should be in a separate layer, or the layer should be renamed (to what, though? public_transport_l won't cut it, as not all railways and aerialways are open to the public.)

Various aerialway features are displayed in the OSMaxx default map style.

Thus, changing the schema in this regard will also require changing the style structures, which means that we should also change the style documentation.

@cdeUG Can you provide the original MS Word document (state 7/7/2016 or more current), from which ArcGIS_OSMaxx_Styles_2016.pdf was created? If so, please send it to me e.g. by email.

I've received the Word document (thanks cdeUG!) and have uploaded it to our non-public shared SWITCHdrive directory for now.

I've received the Word document (thanks cdeUG!) and have uploaded it to our non-public shared SWITCHdrive directory for now.

I've deleted the Word document from SWITCHdrive again and have placed it at https://github.com/geometalab/osmaxx-symbology/blob/develop/osmaxx-symbology/ArcGIS/ArcGIS_OSMaxx_Styles_2016.docx, where the corresponding PDF already is.
