Add DXF export format and AutoCAD symbology.

There are several potential symbologies (DXF_INLINE_BLOCKS) to be mixed in into the DXF export:

none.
OSMaxx Symbologies M1, M3, M4.
Country specific topogr. maps (like Uebersichtsplan 1:5'000 or ATKIS DTK Topgr. 1:25'000)

(Note: There seem to exist tools to create DXF INLINE_BLOCKS from SVG: See https://www.qgis.ch/en/projects/dxf-export )
