Fix problem with 'umlaute' showing #70

One of our users wrote to us: "epub shows umlaute correctly. fb2 shows umlaute correctly. pdb, prc and txt do not show umlaute correctly"

May be, that's because of encoding recognizer?

Did you ask user to send you the book? I don't think there is a way to fix this issue academically.

User has sent to us a test file, with the same text in 5 formats
