Add premium/nl.html and update various items.

Is there a way for long time translators to get the premium version at a discount?

Unfortunately there is no mechanism on Google Play to make a personal discount :(. However if you let me know when you want to buy the Premium and from where (from which country -- Netherlands?), I can make a temporary discount for this country.
