Eigenfunctions vs levels in docstrings #80

Docstrings are not keeping up with the updates. Specifically, in the MaternKarhunenLoeveKernel and in Hypersphere classes the word "eigenfunctions" is often used where something like "levels" should be used. Maybe in other places too.

Also, is the word "mesh" relevant in one of the MaternKarhunenLoeveKernel docstrings?
