Zoom level no longer retained on refresh #813

On the demo, loading the map no longer respects the zoom parameter (technically resolution, not zoom) in the url. If you refresh the map (and if you use the bookmark tool to share your map) it reverts back to the default zoom.

If you have the location format set to bbox everything works correctly.

Tested https://github.com/geomoose/gm3/pull/817 on my build of the demo and everything's working as expected now!
