ANZLIC search words as keywords: thesaurus link is in the wrong place and is a dead link #6

Thesaurus link in included as an Identifier, should be as an onlineResource. The link to the thesaurus (http://www.ga.gov.au/anzmeta/anzlic-theme.lst) is also dead.

Not even sure whether the keywords should be present anyway - they are mapped to iso topic category and Ross (and others) think they are rubbish anyway.....

Decided at May 9 meeting to remove anzlic search words altogether.
