AMB - Disable ExtUI #1236

I have seen in other issues the need to disable it. Is there any reason?

Please indicate the version of GeoNetwork you're using and the issue you have seem about the disabling of ExtUI. Otherwise is pretty difficult to help.

In any case, I think this kind of questions are better send in the mailing list, not here.
