GeoNetwork 3.4.x link to documentation ends up 404 not found #3997

There are people out there still having GeoNetwork 3.4.x in production.

The documentation link points to https://geonetwork-opensource.org/manuals/3.4.x/fr/html/administrator-guide/managing-classification-systems/managing-directories.html which ends up 404 as the project does not host this documentation anymore : see https://geonetwork-opensource.org/manuals/

@josegar74 could you create symlink as discussed during the 3.8.0 release so that old links still points to an existing page. Also for information, in 3.8.0 there is a check if page exist and redirect to english version of the doc if not. Thanks
