Export metadata to pdf - no cyrillic symbols. #4324

Describe the bug When exporting selected metadata to pdf, there are no cyrillic symbols inside, although there are in the metadata. May be the problem is with missing fonts, embedded inside pdf.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click https://inspire-catalogue.egov.bg/geonetwork/srv/eng/pdf.selection.search?sortBy=relevance&bucket=s101

Expected behavior Downloaded pdf with cyrillic symbols inside.

Desktop (please complete the following information): Browser: Any browser GeoNetwork Version 3.8.2 Server Application - Tomcat 9, (64 bit) Java 8, Windows 2016 The same is with Tomcat 8 (32 bit and 64 bit)

I'm using version 3.12
