Login using /srv/eng/login.form - not properly recognized in the widget UI #554

Hi, Working with GeoNetwork 2.10.3 both on Windows (using installer) and deployed on Tomcat/Ubuntu, tested with both Chrome and Firefox... Site is using the Widget UI

If I log in using: http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/eng/login.form ...then I am presented with a java error message, but if I go back to the main interface and I can see on the top that I am logged in. But I can't edit any item (option not present in the actions menu). I can edit items using the old/classic UI though.

If I log in using the form on the top of the widget UI, then I don't get these problems.

Tried this on current 2.10.x Unless this is affected by some specific configuration, it is already solved.
