common-view - stick to tailwindcss 2.x #52

There is no dist/ subdirectory in more recent versions of tailwindcss (3.x at least), so sticking to 2.2.19, else the unpkg.com redirects to a non-existing resource.

I suppose you already deployed this in various places so If you feel confident don't hesitate to merge, @pmauduit you are a committer ;)

thanks for the merge @fxprunayre, it's only deployed in one development environment for now ;-)
