Add GDS content from ljwolf/geopython

this adds the content developed for gds spatial analytics track.

I've

• updated the readme,
• added the analytics data on neighborhoods & airbnbs
• added packages to the environment.yml
• put in a sketch of the timings

I kept notebooks/stage directions in html comments in the readme.
