@darribas @sjsrey I plan to flesh this out tomorrow US time. Any perspective on the exercises would be welcome, but I plan to build it like @jorisvandenbossche's case notebook, building "answers" in the _solved folder.

I've uploaded presidential vote by county plus Gini from the ACS in 2015.
I'm thinking structuring some basic exercises in stats around the voting info.
