Adding polar projected Arctic and Antarctic Basemaps provided by Esri

xyzservices-providers.json has been updated with the new sources and the compressed file has been made

Thanks! I'll have to look into this because tests return error 404 on these providers. That may be caused by the projection but I need to check that.

Thanks! I just pushed a minor fix of tests to make sure these non-standard projections are working.
