DOC: switch to folium from contextily, execute notebook in docs

This does a few things with docs:

• changes examples from contextily to folium (much easier to install and execute on RTD)
• removes (large) output from introduction.ipynb for better diffs
• automatically execute the notebook while creating docs to ensure it is always up to date
• mention QMS option in the intro notebook
