Сделать sitemap который корректно парсится google и yandex #430

Необходимо проверить спецификацию и поправить формат так, что бы парсинг yandex не сломался.

Added auto-generation of sitemap and robots with updates for new earthquakes every 12 hrs (I can change cache time if required) >> ex. every 15 mins ~
