Owslib(0.8.10) is now part of debian: https://packages.debian.org/sid/python-owslib It will also be part of the next release (jessie). For those using ubuntu, it will be part of the next release "vivid vervet". I will bring the packages also to ubuntugis-unstable.

As mentioned, owslib is now also part of ubuntu vivid: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/owslib/0.8.10-1 I've also added it to ubuntugis unstable for precise, trusty and utopic.
