indicate to install Docker desktop

Use power shell in stead of cmd

seems on powershell the .sh scripts don’t work, in stead (create a .bat?) suggest to use Docker compose up directly, then how to locate the url with token

tested on powershell, works fine (for me), don't remember what was the issue, suggest to close
