Added smaller datasets #130

Here I replaces existing countries GeoJSON of countries with light weight shapefiles. I checked and it works fine

Ok, and yes, we (I) would like to discourage students using Shapefiles. Maybe next year GeoPackage. Though GeoJSON is human-readable.
