#156 rebuild and test Dockerfile and notebooks - minor updates scripts #161

Rebuilt the Docker Image the control scripts, and tested all Notebooks (Run all Cells option). Minor updates needed:

control script: url command parm did not work as of different log output
docker compose files: version removed and optional services need common Docker bridge network

All Cells run. But please check when new Docker Image uploaded after merge. Most Sections ok. Separate issues opened for 2 problems found: #159 and #160
