During F2F meeting, Bonn, FOSS4G we agreed on:

we will add configuration option to config file (no PYWPS_PROCESSES any more)
we will create function to read the directory to pywps-core
we have to make sure, once the files are changed, it will reload automatically (maybe documentation how to do it in apache etc. will be enough)
@jorgejesus will investigate how to do it (keyworks: flask, docker, ....)
