ldapscheme not enforced #344

I do not understand the issue here.

Well, if you have a look at https://github.com/georchestra/datadir/blob/d828c4033128c1ece57b62ce9a748d774a101a27/default.properties#L84 you can see that we use the ${LDAPSCHEME} env var.

Here in https://github.com/georchestra/datadir/blob/d828c4033128c1ece57b62ce9a748d774a101a27/cas/config/cas.properties#L16 the ldapscheme is hardcoded
