Parameters for consent checkbox on account creation See console PR#4239

I'd rather rename these 2 options like this:

consent.agreement.activated => data.processing.agreement.activated
consent.agreement.url  => data.processing.agreement.url

because consent is too vague, what is really important here is you agree that your own data is processed according to the document for which a link is provided
