https://github.com/georchestra/docker/blob/master/docker-compose.yml#L40 should add .envs-database-georchestra , because in this file there are credentials : https://github.com/georchestra/datadir/blob/docker-master/geonetwork/microservices/ogc-api-records/config.yml#L23
