remove useless rabbitmq from master will put it back in gateway branch

why though? rabbitmq didn't work well? if we remove rabbitmq then nobody will want to test the integration between rabbitmq and the gateway.

master is still security proxy, if someone want to test gateway + rabbitmq it is will to use another branch here : https://github.com/georchestra/docker/pull/197
