Adding languages support to Gateway

I added two commits of suggestions of fixes on translation files, you are free to keep them or not, just squash them with your commit before merging. I also added Tobias to reviewers so that he can check DE and maybe NL translations.

I prefer see the word "and" on the expired_password_link message so that it is also underlined as part of the link, and expired_password does not appear incomplete in translation files, but it is only my opinion.
