Adding path customization for messages translation files #51

This PR adds login properties files, related only to Mel project to Gateway

Thanks, @marwanehcine ! Tested it with https://github.com/camptocamp/georchestra-mel-configuration/pull/20 and works well on my side. I'll let @emmdurin approve the code.
