Related with https://github.com/georchestra/georchestra/issues/2138 : set default cache-related properties

The file was obtained from a production instance. Wondering whether org.geoserver.rest.DefaultUserGroupServiceName should be set to my_ldap rather than default. See also https://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/rest/api/userrole.html#configuration

If accepted, we should backport the patch to latest geofence branches in this repo.
