smtp - environment variables specify the direct smtp server if smtp_smarthost is deactivated #61

When georchestra.smtp_smarthost.enabled is set to false, the needed environment variables to correctly configure the SMTP disappear as well from the webapps' deployments objects.

We should be able to disable the smtp deployment/service and still having a way to keep the needed configuration variables.
