Small layout fix for Geostory Map Editor #515

A small layout fix is necessary for the GeoStory Map Editor. The issue is present only in the geOrchestra integration also in current stable branch 2021.02.xx

There is a wrong overlap of the footer, navigation toolbar and background swicther.
