Issue with Catalog proxy CSW services #567

To reproduce

Open Mapstore mapstore https://georchestra.geo-solutions.it/mapstore/#/
Open the catalog (Add data)
Create a new CSW service with url https://geobretagne.fr/geonetwork/srv/eng/csw?request=GetCapabilities&service=CSW&version=2.0.2
Save

The bug

The proxified url is troncated https://geopresovregion.sk/geonetwork/srv/eng/csw?service=CSW&version=2.0.2&request=

Therefore, the response is

Expected:

The capabilities is loaded correctly
