Cadastrapp - Sidebar Docks Panels hide stats widget #597

Describe the bug

Cadastrapp and widgets can't be opened together.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to cadastrapp context
  2. Create stats widget
  3. open cadastrapp
  4. Cadastrapp UI hide widget

Expected behavior Cadastrapp and widget still available and visible.

I suspect this issue concerned global extension system with Responsive dock panel.

But i could open it in mapstore2-cadastrapp instead if you prefer ? Or just reply to https://github.com/georchestra/mapstore2-cadastrapp/issues/178
