Expected Behavior

Multi Spectral Camoflauge should be available to all small ships.

Actual Behavior

When I try to put it on a tie or Tie FO it's grayed out.

This works for me. Note that it's unique; if you tried to equip more than one then that would be the reason it appears grayed out.

Works for me too, looks like not an issue.
