Fix restriction of renegade refit in german. #592

Currently you are not able to equip renegade refit on U-Wings while the language is set to german. Removing this line should fix this.

Ah, well. This is obviously the same as #589.

I did check if there is an issue on this bug (there is none), and decided it would be less work to write a pull request than to write an issue... did not check if there is already another pull request.
